Pixel 9 - Screen Unuseable Flickering Green and Black

I just got this phone via visible not that long ago (maybe a month of two) and just now the screen started acting this way (flickering green and black). It feels like something is seriously broken. Buttons also seem non-responsive in no matter what combination I hold them. Like when I first press them down I get some haptic feedback, but then nothing happens no matter how long I hold them. Sadly I need a phone for work to log in to things and don't know how to get a speedy replacement. Also it feels really hard to find this information. 😄

Has anyone experienced this behavior before or have any advice/guidance?

Sounds like you have software/hardware issues on the phone or possibly a damaged screen if you dropped it. I am not sure if Visible will handle a replacement or if you need to contact Google and have it sent in for repair.
