I need help transferring my number I created an account and they gave me a number but I want to transfer my old one how do I do that?

When we are trying to buy a new phone with full payment and want to keep my existing number its not allowing or giving an option to keep my existing number while ordering a phone instead its saying to select new number, please help us on how to order new phone with keeping my existing number to port to Visible?
