Previous Service Provider De-activated before Porting completion

I’m switching service providers from Spectrum to Visible and everything was going smoothly up to the Porting process. Spectrum deactivated my account before the porting/current number transfer could be completed. I contacted Spectrum and they have reactivated my account with them for a few days and provided me with a new port transfer PIN. The question is, how do I get the new/active PIN to Visible to complete the porting process and get my phone fully activated and functioning?

You should do a chat with Visible, ask to speak to an agent, and see what they suggest you do.
