I would LOVE to switch my service from Verizon over to Visible. In addition, I want to keep my phone number... and Visible can make that possible!
However, when I get to the section where it asks me for my Verizon account number and PIN, I'm having problems. I enter in my Verizon account number (xxxxxxxxx-xxxxx) and my PIN (xxxx) and it says I've entered an incorrect account number.
So I take out the hyphen in the account number. (This section prompts me to ignore hyphens and dashes.) Same problem! I even went so far as to CHANGE my PIN on Verizon's website, just so I knew 100% for sure that I had the right PIN. Nope, same thing.
What am I doing wrong? I tried the chat feature and that was pretty much useless. AI/bot, not a real live person. Can you help? Thank you.
