Long story short. Got the 15 day trial. Data speed was passable. Signed up for to the Visible+ plan. Speeds were maxing at only 10 Meg in the same location. I worked with support. He did a bunch of settings on the back end, but data is still a dismal 10 Meg. I would not have started paid service if the trial speed was as slow as the paid plan speed. I thought that was the whole point of the trial... To avoid this exact situation?!? Thank goodness I didn't port my real number over.
I want to cancel the service AND get a refund, which seems fair. I've only had paid service for 3 days.
Canceling service seems simple enough, but how do I get a refund. I chatted with support, but was not able to make any headway. The rep said he can't issue a refund because "There was already a usage for using the service." Well, obviously there was!
Can anyone assist with this?

Just an FYI, this is a peer to peer forum and not visited by Visible. Unfortunately Visible's policy is no refunds so getting a refund is going to be impossible.
Which speed test app are you using on your phone? Sounds like video throttling. Try using Ookla speed test app if you are not already. 10Mbps sounds like your account or service is limited to hotspot data speed. Only thing to try is do a speed test after say 10pm or 11pm when a lot of people aren't using their devices.
The trial is the base plan and that plan will be deprioritized on data and you will be at the mercy of traffic or congestion on the towers in your area. Check your account to make sure you signed up for the plus plan and not the basic. You do get 50GB of premium data but you could still be limited on speed depending on how much other Verizon post paid traffic or other premium services by other Verizon owned carriers that have access to that premium data.
Only suggestion I have would be to go into settings and do a network reset to see if the helps.

Thanks for responding. I tried multiple speed test sites over a couple of days. I've signed up with a competitor, and the speeds are vastly superior. I'm getting over 500 down vs 10 down. Same phone. Same location in my home. I've seen others who had the same issue after switching to a paid account.
