I traded in my old phone and received a credit card by email. I PRINTED OUT THE CARD AND THEN LOST IT BEFORE GETTING TO USE IT
FYI, this is a peer to peer forum and not customer service. You might want to contact them instead but I don't think they will replace it. Good luck!
