Tuesday
Visible ran a promotion a few weeks ago that if you purchase a Visible+ plan and pay yearly, they will give you free iPhone 13. I was tempted so I signed up. Then weird things happen. A few days later, I received a UPS shipment. UPS insisted delivering in person so I actually received box from a UPS guy. However, it was very light and felt empty. I asked the UPS guy and said he did not anything. I opened it up and it was empty! I immediately contacted Visible and somehow they told me to file a police report and email them the report, even though I have nothing to report. I told them again that there is nothing in the box and it did not feel the box was open. However, they insisted that I sent them the police report before they can issue refund. Now, a couple of weeks after I emailed them the police report, I was told that they can't issue refund for the device because I am using their service, even though they violated their promotion. Please be careful with Visible and never sign up and pay annually! The company is a fraud!

Had you not activated service on another phone you would not have been charged. You paid for the service the moment you activated not before. The phone was free so there would nothing to get a refund over. You only paid for the service that was activated.
If Visible is a fraud they wouldn't still be in business after 7 years and they are only getting bigger. I have been a customer for 3 1/2 years and will be until I die or I get canceled.

Are you kidding me? I would not have switched if not for the offer. You obviously work for the company and this further proves that this company is a fraud.
Wednesday
How am I kidding you. All I said was that had you not activated service on a different phone you would not have been charged. Not sure if I can explain it more any more simple than that, but I will try, you got no phone, you no activate, you no get charged.
Yep, I sure do work for Visible, I get $1,000,000 a year to come on a forum made up of customers, I don't get no perks though so I have to pay for my service. You must be a T-Mobile employee come here to bad mouth Visible/Verizon to sway them towards company. You are also the same person that posted the other thread about Visible being a scam from last week aren't you?
