Upgrading to plus plan?

Is there a difference in plans if my iPhone 11 only has 4g I don’t care about the international calling and stuff just the data speeds. But if there is  any difference in 4g speeds per plan? Also love the hotspot it’s the reason I’m even with visible in the first place next to the price but can you make a middle plan that increases speeds to at least 10. Don’t change the 5 though having truly unlimited is the only way to fly.

If it was me? I’d stick to the Visible plan until 5G is needed.  The real limit on 4G speeds I experienced wasn’t restricting my ability to use the hotspot.
