What's the deal with data? EVERY month I pay my bill and a day later it tells me my data has run out! THEN I have to get with visible to mess with the "e sim" and it works again. They have not fixed the issue! I'm about to go to at&t!

This sounds like something you should contact Visible customer service about.
Other than contacting CS I don't think no one here would have an answer since it is unlimited data with no caps so you should never run out of data. Only thing that would come to mind would be if you had another eSIM loaded from another carrier that isn't deleted.
