OnePlus 7 Pro update to Android 12 causing no connection to Visible

My OnePlus 7 Pro did a Android update to 12 last night. I no longer have any Visible connections to phone, internet, etc. I see this is a major problem. Has anyone found a fix for the OnePlus 7 pro?
