We Need Billing Statements - in PDF (with P.I.I.)

Visible NEEDS to provide at least a PDF version of our monthly billing statement.  That is much more important than a billing history, especially because Visible's payment hist. doesn't include the standard P.I.I. like address, name etc.  

Providing customers with a proof of billing with our name, billing + usage addresses is one of THE MOST ESSENTIAL ACCOUNT NEEDS -- right after online payments.                                                                        

Many jobs, services and programs reimburse people for their bills, but without the ability to provide a billing statement with one's name address and phone billing date, etc. how can we? My heat and electric are included in my rent, which is not that rare, so when places ask for a utility bill- like applying for a library card, applying for a financial product or service, Voter registration, immigration or visa paperwork, employment and background checks often need a billing statement

I was told by customer support it's only possible to get a PDF of your payment history -which doesn't include your billing or service address- but who needs that?   That's something you can compile on your own through email payment receipt receipts and banking statements!    

All the other PROMO stuff like Friend pay and even community forums, and all the other gimmicks are unnecessary ! 

Again, we need the ability to view/ print/ save/share a monthly billing statement.

While signing up for visible they dont ask for SSN so they cannot verify that you are what you say you are.

It is just the business model for prepaid. You pay you use. they dont care about the PII.

If you want the billing statements then you should sign up for postpaid.
