Customer Advocacy and Integrity

So man when you receive an email stating that it's from Verizon and its customer advocacy team and you input your information for them to call you but they don't call you that tells you something about what exactly are the advocating not necessarily for the customer so therefore when you have multiple equipment failures and all of the indicators is that it came through the network from maybe a failed software install because maybe the operating system didn't compute with the install therefore it caused catastrophic damage to personal property and there is no remedy , it must be the customers fault ?

Are you sure it is a legitimate message and not one looking for your information? Personally I would treat something like that as a spam and block then delete it.
