NO SIM

My phone keeps saying no sim. it is currently using an eSIM

You probably need to redownload your eSIM per the help center:

To redownload your eSIM, follow these steps:

  • Open the Visible app on your phone. Tap "Proceed to activation". Follow the on-screen instructions. If prompted, name the line, choose default lines, and toggle on eSIM. Return to the Visible app. * Test your service by making a call, sending a text, and using data.

If that fails, you'll need to contact support via chat, facebook, X, etc.
