Activation: Cannot sign into mobile app

Hi-

 

Trying to sign with Mobile app and getting "your request cannot be completed at this time".

 

Tried using WIFI and switching to SIM(Showing visible as service and APN info, etc. and appears active)

 

Any ideas?

Moving from Consumer Cellular to Visible.

 

Status in User Acct online show "User Activation

Or.. also get this error:

"Oops,  something went wrong and we are working hard to try to fix it".

 

You might have better luck contacting customer service.
