My wife's hearing aid's (new this year) stopped hearing/talking with BT connection still engaged. Aids have been checked by seller and are in working order. It started two days ago, I updated her Visible app today but it did not correct the problem. I tried them on my phone (same SS & model) and they have the same problem. Has the Visible signal or something related to it changed recently that could be causing the new incompatibility?

Visible's signal should not have any affect with BT, it is a Verizon signal. One thing I can suggest is going into BT and forget or delete the paired hearing aids and try to pair them again to see if that helps, provided you haven't done that already.
I don't know what phone you have but go into settings and find reset settings, and reset BT(DO NOT select factory reset, this will clear the device completely), this will probably clear out anything that has been paired to the phone. If you don't have a separate reset BT setting but rather a reset network this will work. The latter you will likely need to reenter hotspot name and password besides repairing any devices you had connected to BT.
One other thing. My older Motorola phone it would not pair to my BT speaker because BT was still connected on another device, my iPod touch, even though it was on standby and not playing music. I had to unpair the iPod Touch before I could pair that phone to the speaker. So if you have the hearing aids paired to more than one device with BT turned on on both devices you would need to unpair one of the devices.
Hope this helps.
