I replied to a thread from 2021 with a title of "Email to Text Message with Visible" with something similar, but wanted to post a new thread.
I'm just trying to do a very basic thing. Set up a filter in my business email (a gmail based account) so that when I get an email with certain parameters, it forwards it to MyNumber(at)vtext.com or MyNumber(at)vzwpix.com
When I was with Verizon, the (at)vtext.com worked fine. It's since stopped working now that I'm with Visible. I tried to modify that previously working filter and also added a new one using (at)vzwpix.com
No luck with either.
I went through the chat but was told that this isn't possible, however the rest of the chat gives me 0% confidence in the accuracy of the information that was shared.

I had the same exact issue a few days ago. I tried both, none of them worked. I chatted to the point that the customer service rep actually called me!! I thought maybe he didnโt understand what I was trying to do, which may still be the case. In the end, he told me that itโs not possible, that Visible does not offer that feature. I find that strange because itโs a very basic feature, and everyone that has regular Verizon service has no problem getting these email-texts. Why would they purposely not let someone receive an email-text , that makes no sense. Itโs a shame, because otherwise I really do like the service. It would just be very helpful if I can get this to work, because I do need to receive stuff from work, and itโs very time sensitive.

Unfortunately I went through the same thing a few days ago. I was trying to set up my new Visible service with my work email, so that I can get time sensitive emails as quick as possible. I tried both options (vtext @ vzwpix), and neither one of those worked. I was chatting back-and-forth with Customer Service for probably over an hour, and the guy seemed to get frustrated to the point that he actually called me!! I thought maybe he wasnโt understanding what I was trying to say, but in the end, he told me that Visible simply does not offer that service. I find that so weird, because I know that people with regular Verizon have it work seamlessly. This is something that should be pretty easy to fix on their end, but can be very tedious for someone who needs their email to text feature to work. I hope they come up with a solution soon. If anyone notices that it starts working, or they can actually convince the Customer Service agents to come up with a solution, please post it here!
