You might want to try customer service. This is a peer to peer group and not sure we can do much to help you out. Someone else mentioned try accessing the website online by using a new incognito window and see if that helps. If you get it fixed make sure to check autopay on your account so you don't go through this again.

I don’t know when your due date is, but with Visible you can only pay your bill if its within 7 days of your due date.
