Cannot find trade in label

Hi, 

I bought a new cell phone and registered to trade in my old phone. However whenever I follow the email links sent to print the label and instructions for trade in, the page on my account comes up with no information, it's blank. Please send me a new label/instructions that can be accessed from my account.
