I shifted from Verizon to Visible to same some money. I did this in phase to verify my Verizon provided network extender would work with my Visible account, first transferring my phone and then several months later transferring my wife's. As soon as my wife's account closed, we lost connection to the Verizon Network Extender. When I called Verizon, they said nothing they could do as there was no "Verizon" account to tie the extender too. Visible accounts "don't" count as verizon, even though they are the same company/using the same infrastructure. Anyone else have this problem or have a solution?
