Starting today 10/5 I don’t have any data service available. Still have signal with 2-4 bars on 5G/LTE. I can make and receive calls but no internet data at all. I’ve tried restarting my phone (13 Pro) and removed/reinstall the SIM card with no luck. still using physical SIM card and have been on the newer visible+ plan for over a month now. Service has been fine until today.
I have attempt chat support but having no luck on that front either. Been waiting in multiple queues for hours today. A couple times I’ve been connected to an agent and then the session gets closed. Current been waiting in queue for over 90+ minutes.
Is anyone else have network issues? There doesn’t seem to be any outages reported. Thanks.
