Hot Spot Connectivity

Not able to connect laptop to Visible hotspot on new iPhone 13?  Other devices (IPad, other phones, etc.) are connectable.

Only the Dell XPS Laptop will not connect.  Can select the Hot Spot from phone.  But the search just circles trying to connect?  Is there a specific setting within the Laptop to change?  Ipad connected automatically.

Is it a windows laptop? If so, please select Network and Internet, then select the hotspot name and connect it to the hotspot. If all other devices like a TV or Android device can connect, then this may have to do with the laptop needing a hard reboot to fix.

Some older laptops do not support the 5ghz hotspot internally.  On the iphone 13 change to 2.4ghz for the hotspot and see if it works.
