I entered the Switch25 promo on the app and it still say $45 for my plan. Try chatting to fix this since I’m moving to your service from another company, but they have me all in a loop and no human help on chat! I like the $30 deal on the $45 plan please!

This is a peer to peer forum and not customer service. To get a live agent on chat type agent in the dialog box, may have to type it a couple times, that should get you by the chatbot.
When you sign up for the plus plan, make sure you enter the code in the appropriate box. I'm am guessing it will list it as $45 until you finish the activation process and the port in if the promo requires it. If at that point the promo has not been applied then contact customer service and they will apply it to your account. Hope this helps.
