Jerking me around


I ported my number over, then ported a second number over.  My personal phone number was disconnected, and the second one was live.  After ~15 hours between being jerked around in the chat and speaking with "supervisors" who provided enough hope to delay me from screaming at them.  Finally my number was reconnected 4 days later after I had to go through their useless AI and explain the case to every single person I managed to get on the line, but the other was disconnected.  There has been no transparency, and I have had to fight tooth and nail to get to this point.  If this is what "Customer service" means to this company, then I am amazed that anyone maintains service.  0/10
