I need to send in my old phone for trade-in, but lost the box and envelope to ship it back. As long as I have the return label, can I ship it in a different box?
Yes, I did this when I shipped a phone back to Samsung. I just used the packaging the new phone come in. Make sure to tear off any old labels so nothing is left on the box from the previous shipment and just stick the label on.
