No service after activation. Ported from Verizon to Visible. Got new SIM from Visible. Still No service. Logged into my Visible account on my computer. It says activation was success. My phone pops up with Change Carrier message. Sorry your device can't be activated on another carrier's network right now. For help contact Verizon.
I called the number they said to call. They are not there. I tried to log into my Verizon account so I could chat with them, they can not find my account either in active accounts or in the disconnected accounts. I need my phone to work. It will not call, text or browse. I have reseated the SIM card and restarted my phone several times. Please help
