No service no bars

Today my service turned off. No bars, The virtual agent said there are no live agents and cut me off. Any ideas? I switched to Visible @ a month ago!

I am in the same boat. I've been trying to resolve this issue for three days now. I joined over the past weekend and have only had service for around 10 hours since joining.
