I'm having the same issues. Had service for all bout 8 hours before it
cutting out. Just signed up with visible the past weekend and now am on
day 3 of working with them. Every time I try to get help the chat cuts
out.
I am in the same boat. I've been trying to resolve this issue for three
days now. I joined over the past weekend and have only had service for
around 10 hours since joining.
