I am an existing customer of Visible. It is very difficult to get hold of the rep regarding Billing & Network Issues. I have tried to get connected with them on my phone Visible app, Website, SMS Texting and Facebook Messenger. No response on SMS Message & Facebook messenger. In line on their website & App chatting for hours. One time after 2 hours of waiting got connected, one minute later lost the chat connection. VERY FRUSTRATING.
If anyone knows on how to get connected, please advice. They do not have a phone number.
