I ordered a phone from Visible on a Thursday morning, and whenever I go to see the order status, it doesn't give me any idea on whether the order is processed, whether it's been shipped, and if its been shipped, it doesn't give me any fedex tracking code. I read on their website and it says that if I order on a weekday, it will be in the mail the next day. It's Monday, and I still have zero updates on what my status is with my phone. I've been waiting in the chat for 3+ hours total, and nothing.
