Payments not working properly

They keep telling me I haven't paid when I have.They have even sent me a confirmation email but the payment history says I haven't. My CC company website shows the withdrawals. They've just issued a final warning  for December payment yet I have paid it TWICE. I go on payments history and its stating I have two charges for December and neither has been paid...even though they've sent me payment confirmation emails! This is quite absurd. As I cannot speak with a person and I have had no luck being sent round and round on the chat option with no success, I have no idea what to do??? Any thoughts?
