Port in eligibility

Hello, I wanted to know if I am eligible for the port in deal, I am currently on a prepaid phone plan from Metro by T mobile. Do I qualify ?

I just got told on chat support Metro by T-Mobile counts as metroPCS, so it counts.

But the system did not recognize my number so it selected Other as the carrier.

WE will see what happens with the rebate.
