I placed the order a week ago and the transfer number status is still incomplete. It said that it only takes 24 hours. So after receiveing the card, I activated my card two days ago. But it can't use date and receive any messages and phone calls. And I don't know who I can turn for help. I wait for more than 8 hours for the online sevice but I just can't get in the line. And the connection is very unstable since I alway get out off the queue after waiting one or two hours. It's really dispointing. Anyone can answer my question and how can I get a new sim card? Are there any other solutions?
