We were trying to transfer a service from Xfinity to Visible! And it seems it has gone into some loop and Visible is unable to help!!! The number seems to be with Verizon in deactivated state! Visible customer support is asking us to contact Xfinity to request the number back!!! Alternatively, they are asking US to call Verizon to deactivate the number!!! It's been over 4 hours in chat with them. It does not look like they have any clue as to how to get this fixed!!!
