I am having trouble transferring / porting my number. I get a message to "chat with Care" but that is of no help. This just takes me on an endless loop of digital options that leads me back to "transferring my number over" which states I am to "chat with Care" and let them know my carrier (Northwest Missouri Cellular) so they can initiate my number transfer. This takes me through the same series of digital options that do not help with my issue and you cannot speak with a human. Can anyone give me some help before giving up on Visible?

I don't think you will be able to port from your carrier. Visible has a list of carriers that you can port from and your carrier is not on the list. https://www.visible.com/help/carrier-list
If you need to get by the chatbot you need to type agent or live agent in the dialog box and maybe multiple times if needed.
