Last weekend I tried to sign up for Visible and purchase a phone. I received several emails verifying then saying my payment was declined. The last one said it is was verified but have not heard anything else since then. How can I find out whether everything actually went through?

You could start by checking with the company you have your card through to see if they have a charge on your account. Other than that, you may want to try using Visible chat. They’re the only ones who can check your order from their end.
