As of 20230104 I have the following issues and will start a chat with helpdesk shortly:
Visible app is in a loop continually wanting to switch to my old phone number. That process is complete and old phone number works yet the Visible app still wants me to do it.
Voicemail needs to be reset as when I attempt to use the iPhone wants a voicemail number. When I put in my phone number it says that it is invalid.
When joining Visible the Visible app would not accept the promo code of 15OFF12. My account needs to reflect that discount.
15OFF12 does NOT work for me. Been trying to reach chat support. Super slow. Still failed to help resolve the problem. Something is wrong with the code or the process. Here the procedure when I select the offer.
Waited an hour for chat support. They cleared my cart and asked me to retry - failed. Then they said I have to select transfer my number, I ask how/where do I select that, they ended the chat session on me.
