Wifi calling woes

I just transferred over to Visible and I couldn't enable wifi calling in my S24+ phone. I have dual sim enabled in my phone with one number from my work with service from T-Mobile. When I ported my personal number to Visible I can't enable wifi clling in my personal number with service from Visible. even if I turn off the other SIM with service from T-Mobile I still don't get the option to turn on Wifi calling using my visible number. 

I had the same issue few years back with visible in enabling wifi calling and I guess nothing has improved. Wasted precious time and effort and I absolutely need the wifi calling as I am travelling and need to get OTPs using my visible number.

Is this a true restriction?

Wi-fi calling is not a restriction with Visible. You might want to contact Visible customer service and see if they can fix it.

If the T-Mobile service is a pSIM try removing the card and trying again.

I bought a $5 Verizon BYOD Sim kit from Walmart, installed it allowed it to install verizon carrier software and unfortunately bloatware. Installed my visible Sim and wifi calling option was now available. Not sure how to do it with just esim.
