visible doesn't recognize that the phone I ordered has been delivered and now it wont let me activat


First visible says I need to verify my email but the emails they send are empty.  2nd -visible says the phone I ordered is still out for delivery even though it was delivered days ago 


If it continues go with a reliable carrier that doesn't have these issues.  Why bbetter back end systems arent in place is beyond me  but I'm getting very tired of the visible issues.  see my posts in the need help and lets chat forums.    My Visible patience is wearing very very very thin!
