I am new to Visible. I can not text. I have an iPhone 13 . I have shut my phone off multiple times & turned the airplane on & off multiple times. I can call & received calls. I can receive text. I just can not send text.
This sounds like a visible issue. I had that problem and they had to create a ticket. I'm guessing your referring to you can't send text to android phones?
