I was a loyal AT&T mobile customer for years. I thought their coverage was good, but at $65/month with autopay, my bill was $780 each year PLUS taxes and fees. Switching to Visible mobile has become a fantastic way to fight runaway inflation (8.5% annualized as of March) in just three easy steps.
Put the extra $485 in your pocket now and slash your bill 64% or even more.

Monthly Cost | $25/month | $65/month + fees |
Yearly Cost | $20 FIRST month +$25 remaining months $295.00 |
$780 |

As I understand it, new members to Visible no longer get their first month for $5, but get $20 off of the original $40 per month fee...which would therefore be $20 for the first month.
If they join a party after signing up for service, that still brings them down to $25 per month and then if they refer others they get $20 off, bringing their bill down to $5 per month, but the first month would still be $20 dollars...again, if I am understanding the change correctly.
This is based on this recent email from Visible:
"Starting May 25th, we will be rolling out a new referral incentive - “Give $20 off, get $20 off”. Now both you and your friend will get $20 off a month of service when they use your Friend code to sign up for Visible."
