Thank you so much for the link. I had followed these instructions previously but always got stuck needing a QR Code. I entered an AI help chat and kept indicating the step "didn't solve my issue." Finally, the chat connected me to a live agent chat. "James" finally emailed a QR Code to my email and I was able to transfer Visible service to my new iPhone 16e. Yeah! Finally! Thank you, DeanKevin64 for replying and spurring me on to find a solution. Appreciate you!

Hello Community,
I bought a iPhone 16e from Visible and am having trouble porting my number over from my older iPhone 11. It says the iPhone 11 has a SIMp and I need a QR Code for the iPhone 16e to 'read' to convert to SIMe. I can't find where to pull up the QR Code. Could anyone help me? Thank you!
