It seems like most companies really like to take your money in exchange
for products. Judging by my experience today, that is not the case with
this company. I have been waiting to chat with an agent all day to find
out how I can purchase a phone.
I want to purchase a new phone but it won't let me add it to my bag.
There's an error message reading "You already have a device order in
your account and cannot place another device order. Please contact our
Care team for help."
