We cannot make or receive calls to outside parties or ourselves. We live
outside NYC with more cell towers than Xmas trees. What happened, when
will it be repaired and what compensation will Visible provide to those
who lost service?
Thanks - auto pay was approved and it just affected our service. After 2
1/2 hours of exchanging emails with an Associate was it fixed. No
explanation given - something about a network problem.
