I contacted Visible from Messenger on their Facebook page. They did
something on their end to get me and 2 of my family members working
again. May want to give this a try because it works faster than their

If doing an update to our accounts can fix the issue, then they should
do system wide update to fix everyone else. Many people may not be aware
