I’m in NW Ohio & also can’t get SMS messages. I just finished with chat. Supposedly, they are working on a fix and it should be fixed automatically in a few hours! This is getting ridiculous!

we are working to resolve it "immediately" means at once, instantly.....still waiting 2+ days for ability to receive SMS text messages from Android phones

Can’t receive SMS messages for over 2 days!
