New Visible Plan = Poor Customer Service. Have phone, and new sim, but
no one cares my phone got stuck during activation. Same canned messages,
come on Visible, you are clearly not ready for prime time, just another
failed attempt by Verizon to be so...
Received too many emails to switch from Unlimited to the new Visible
plan, finally gave in...my reward and expensive paperweight. Stuck
during activation and now I have no service provider. Customer Service
is useless and sounds like a broken record....
