You’re trying to send me texts to access my account, but I have no
access to texts with your service down. Therefore I’m locked out of my
account with no way to access it or anything else for that matter.
Terrible customer service.
Doesn’t seem to be any fix on this. Worst thing is visible is sending
texts to login to your account, but the texts aren’t coming through. So
how are you supposed to even attempt a chat, if you cannot login to the
app without a code sent via text?
