Found this on an old thread. Hope it helps someone.
I found a solution (since customer service is no help). If you have an
eSim this is how I got my service back:1. Delete the eSim2. Go to
visible's site an get a new eSim (download will take a few minutes)3.
Restart the phoneThat's all I did, it works...
