I and two friends who are Visible subscribers cannot receive texts from
ANYBODY, whether Visible customers or not. Still waiting for the issue
to be fixed. This is frustrating and a black mark against Visible's
reliability.
My data roaming setting has always been on, so that didn't matter.
Regardless, I just had my text app return to normal functioning. Visible
evidently fixed the problem. Woo-hoo!
I wasn't able to sign in for the reason you cite: They send a text
verification code which, of course, I'm not able to receive. So, I've
not been able to contact Visible directly. Frustrating!
