I'm not receiving any texts, I've used live chat several times and done
everything they've told me to. But nothing seems to solve the issue. Any
suggestions?
I'm in northeast Ohio. But just about a half hour ago I randomly got all
the texts I haven't been getting and it seems to be working fine. So who
knows!
